If the software shows that the license key that you entered is invalid, you might have purchased the wrong version of Apple Music Unlocker. For example, if you're using a Mac but accidentally purchased the Windows version, the activation will fail. Apple Music Unlocker needs to work with iTunes. It's necessary for iTunes to play the files in the background during the whole conversion process. So please do not quit iTunes, otherwise, the conversion will be failed because of the playing interrupted.

2. 2. Make sure the name of the playlist is unique!
3. 3. The song name cannot have special characters, it is recommended to modify the music name in iTunes before converting.
4. 4. Songs that failed to convert need to be converted separately.
5. 5. Use Uninstall Audio Device in the menu bar, then restart the software and restart iTunes. If it still does not work, restart the computer after repeating the steps.
6. 6. If possible, make sure that the driver only retains the AMC Audio Device driver. The driver can be deleted in the/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL directory.

Before you sync the converted audiobook file to Apple Watch via iCloud music library, please cut the long audiobook into a small file. Because if the file size is larger than 200MB, you won't be able to sync the music. Here is why:

Only songs smaller than 200 MB or shorter than 2 hours are added to the iCloud Music Library.

You can try to use Audacity to cut the long audiobooks into small files. Some of our customers had found this solution and they sent us this feedback. So you can have a try. It's free software that is easy to handle.

If you see this error, please:

1. 1. Update iTunes to the latest version.
2. 2. Most importantly, make sure you've downloaded all the iTunes songs or Apple Music songs on your computer (local folder). If an Apple Music track hasn't been downloaded in iTunes, a small download button will be displayed on the iTunes Music library. You can also find the downloaded Apple Music on Windows 7/8/8.1/10 from \Users\username\Music\iTunes\Apple Music.
3. 3. Please try to authorize iTunes on your computer again. On your iTunes, click Account > Authorizations > Authorize This Computer... Then, log in with iTunes with Apple ID and password again and restart Apple Music Converter. Please enter the Apple ID and password that you use to subscribe to Apple Music.
4. 4. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Apple Music Unlocker. If you are not sure, you can directly update your software by downloading it from our official website.
