Q1: What's the limitation of a free trial version?

Generally, the activation code will be automatically sent to your purchased email immediately after the payment. If you can not find the code in your mailbox, please check your SPAM file folder. If the software shows that the license key that you entered is invalid, you might have purchased the wrong version of Audible Unlocker. Q5: What are the supported input formats?

The input formats that Audible Unlocker supports are Audible AA and AAX audiobooks.

Q6: Do I need to authorize my computer with my Audible account?

There's no account authorization required. All you need to do is to directly add your AA or AAX files to the Audible Unlocker and then you can start to convert them into MP3 or other supported formats.

Q7: Can I save the audiobook chapter information after the conversion?

Yes, if you need to keep the chapter info, please select M4A as the output format.
