Audible Unlocker FAQs

Q1: What's the limitation of a free trial version?

All software on our websites is available for free download. You can first download the free trial and decide whether to purchase the full version after a full evaluation.

The free trial version of Audible Unlocker only allows you to convert 3 minutes for each audio file and only 2 Audible audios can be converted completely.

You can try this software for free within 15 days. When the 15-day free trial period ends, you will need to purchase the full version to continue using it.

Q2: How long does it take to receive my activation code?

Generally, the activation code will be automatically sent to your purchased email immediately after the payment. If you can not find the code in your mailbox, please check your SPAM file folder. If you do not receive your activation code within 24 hours, please contact us via support@ios-unlocker.com and we will reply to you ASAP.

Q3: How to activate the software?

First, you need to download, install and run Audible Unlocker on your Mac/Windows computer.

Then, enter your email and the activation code on the software to log in and activate your account.

If you have any questions when activating the software, please feel free to contact our support team(mailto: support@ios-unlocker.com).

Q4: Why is the license key I entered invalid?

If the software shows that the license key that you entered is invalid, you might have purchased the wrong version of Audible Unlocker. For example, if you're using a Mac but accidentally purchased the Windows version, the activation will fail. If you have purchased the wrong version, please contact support@ios-unlocker.com for assistance.

Q5: What are the supported input formats?

The input formats that Audible Unlocker supports are Audible AA and AAX audiobooks.

Q6: Do I need to authorize my computer with my Audible account?

There's no account authorization required. All you need to do is to directly add your AA or AAX files to the Audible Unlocker and then you can start to convert them into MP3 or other supported formats.

Q7: Can I save the audiobook chapter information after the conversion?

Yes, if you need to keep the chapter info, please select M4A as the output format.
